Ken Callebaut
Creative Director People at Brigada
Ken Callebaut is Creative Director People at Brigada, applying creativity to a field most creatives rarely think about: the challenges around people, work and organisations. A.k.a.
employer branding, recruitment marketing, culture and change design. His way of thinking is called Ditch The Default: challenging the obvious, the expected and the way things have always been done. He’s on a mission to remove the bullshit from these disciplines and replace it with ideas that actually move people and the business.
Tim Van Damme
Designer at Figma
Tim Van Damme — known online as Max Voltar — is a product designer at Figma, where he owns the icon system and helped shape UI3. Before that, he worked on some of the most-used interfaces in the world at Instagram, Dropbox, Abstract, and Gowalla.
Colleagues describe him as someone who sets a high bar, holds it, and pulls the work around him up to meet it. Within teams, he acts as a catalyst — prototyping relentlessly, asking sharp questions, and building strong creative communities along the way.
Marjolein Vermeersch
Bezieler @ | Koffie Kàn bv
Where do you want to be in five years? When Marjolein joined Koffie Kàn, her parents' coffee roastery, in 1999, she was asked that question over and over again. Everyone expected an answer about growing and expanding.
Hers was about something else: a business she could still feel with her own hands. For a long time she thought that answer wasn't ambitious enough. Until she said no to a major client, and discovered that staying small isn't a fallback, but a strategy.

Glenn D'Hondt
“The Art of Wonder”
Creativity isn't a switch you flip when needed. It's a way of paying attention. It begins when you loosen your grip on certainty. When you pause before rushing to conclusions. That small moment of not knowing, wonder appears.
Wonder is not confusion. It's a way of staying open. Of noticing how you see. Of being present long enough for something new to appear. In that space, ideas don't be forced. They unfold. Creativity becomes less about control and more about possibility.
In this talk, Glenn D'Hondt explores how wonder can be cultivated through practical philosophy, art, and cognitive science. How attention works. How perception shapes what you see. And what becomes visible when you look again.
TopoCopy
Riso Printing
TopoCopy is an open-lab research center for print, zines, paper, copy, ink and art, based in Sint-Amandsberg, Ghent. Since 2011, it has grown into a self-publishing label and library, running an open atelier where anyone can experiment with ink and paper.
Riso printing is at the heart of what they do: after starting out with a RISO RP 3700, a crowdfunding campaign in 2021 helped them add a RISO MF9350, capable of printing in eight colours up to A3 format. Alongside printing, TopoCopy hosts workshops, lectures, exhibitions and art interventions.
